I think it's time you and I had the Humanity Talk...

Most people are, for lack of better terms, Dormantly Moronic. This means that while they may be smart and clever enough to survive from day to day, there is a switch embedded in their minds that, when pushed, will demote their mentality back to that of a hormonal teenager.

For some, these switches are set off by drugs and alcohol, but for others, their set off by heartache, depression, or drama.

Once the switch has been flipped, even the most composed individuals can become babbling morons bent on Self-Destruction.

Tragically, medical science has not developed to a point to where the moronicness can be stoped.

This means that once people have reverted to their caveman ways, you have to allow it to take its course, because there's nothing left that you can do.

The best treatment is prevention.

Generally, most balanced adults will give warning signals when they are being pushed to this point.

By observing people for anything that might serve as a warning, you might be able to prevent any breakdowns by providing needed council.

But, the most important thing to take note of is this: All people, even you and I, are waiting for something to happen that ruins our ability to rationalize good decisions as opposed to bad ones.

I'm willing to bet that if you look back at your life and reflect on how you handled situations previously, you can tell you did something(s) you should'nt have done, but at the time, it felt very much like you were doing the right thing.

This is that Dormant Moronicness. It's sticken me before, just as it strikes most people at least twice by the time their 15.

Now, knowing this, you can make note of when people have lost themselves to their own behavoir.

And, when that occures, seperate yourself from the issue.

Because otherwise, not only might you get hurt, but you might have your switch flipped as well.

And its too important for you to be the person you need to be for yourself and your family for you to risk becomming involved with something too mentally consuming.

...That's it. I'm done. Good talk, lol.
