I'm just ticked... I've order 2 GB of RAM for a customer's computer, and it's being shipped here (Pensacola, FL) from LA, California. While I have faith that the delivery will take less than a week, I'm upset at the lack of the online tracking available to me... It's told me one thing thus far, and that's been it. It's supposed to be live package tracking.
I wouldn't be that upset, but I've dealt with this so many times, I just hate it. I'll get one email, telling me that the electric shipping info has been recieved at the shipper's local post office, then, a day or two, or three, later - I'll get the package, having never gotten another email. I'd like to know when my packages are comming because I'd like to be here to sign for them. Some of these things are high-dollar packages I don't want left at the gate. _________________
