I've got an IDE TV-Tuner card here, and the problem is I can't ID it, let alone find a Video Driver for it. So I'm appealing to anyone who might be able to help.
Figure 1: Front of Card...
Here we see the front of the card, with it's two co-ax ports ("FM" to the Top, and "TV" below that. Followed by an "Audio Out" stereo plug, a "Comp" RCA Video Plug, and an S-Video "Video" port) to the left side.
Figure 1 also shows some text (the white sticker) that I will show in greater detail in Figure 5.
Figure 2: Back of Card...
This figure shows the back of the card, with the Chip Label (Figure 4) to the top, and what I suppose is the Product Sereal Sticker (Figure 3) to the center.
Figure 3: Product Serial Sticker
This is the sticker in the very center of the back of the card. It reads:

This is the engraving at the top of the back of the card. It reads:

Any Information about this card would be deeply appreciated. For all I know, it might not even be a TV Tuner Card, just something eerily similar, made by Germany and Singapore to confuse me.
Drivers are the main goal of this post, but any documentation would also be nice. Thank you very much for taking the time to look over what may very well be my most organized post ever. _________________
