Ingredients:
Block of Mozzarella Cheese
Bread Crumbs
1 egg

Tools:
Sharp knife
Cutting board
2 bowls
Napkins
Deep Fryer

STEP 1: Preheat Deep Fryer to 400.Cut cheese once and then again down the middle.

STEP 2: Prep everything you'll need. Beat your egg and poor bread crumbs in a long bowl.

STEP 3:Dip cheese in egg and then roll in bread crumbs(Repeat)

STEP 4: Get ready to fry. Put cheese sticks in, it will only take about 30 seconds. (They'll look done before 30 seconds, but the extra time ensures that the cheese is cooked all the way through.)
Wait untill they turn a golden brown, then take them out and place on napkins to absorb the greese.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Just a few notes from Vicious88:
If you do not have a deepfryer - do not attempt deepfryer-based recipies such as this one on the stove top. You will not be able to properly control the heat and are exposing yourself, your kitchen, and your family to a much higher risk of grease fire. You should invest in a simple $20 to $35 deepfryer with an adjustable heat setting - these can be found in abondance at Wal*Mart.

Additionally, the ingrediants needed for this can be purchased cheaply by getting off brands like Dutch Farms cheese and ShurFine breadcrumbs. Always save your money, because you'll want to make this again and again.

Awesome. If you don't already, you should try double breading. I don't know verbatim whether it's in the recipie or not, but it helps.

Is that like the Cambel's "mmmmm delicious" or a skeptic "mmmmmm"?
