Got a webcam today... It was free, so I won't bicker, but it didn't include a stand and I ended up having to make one. Simple as finding a small piece of wood and sticking a bolt through it that fits in the hole at the bottom of my webcam.
Worked well:
Once it was mounted on it's stand I decided to try a simple animation. It looked significantly better before I took the background away.
