Okay, I've had this problem when connecting to Belkin wireless routers. What you'll have to do is have the person who runs your network (whether that be a parent, a friend, or whomever) access your Wireless Routers Control panel.

Typically this can be done by typing one of the following addresses into your internet browser's address bar and pressing enter:

http://192.168.1.1
http://192.168.255.1
http://192.168.255.255

Once there, they'll either have an option to log in, or be directly confronted with User Name and password fields. Normally the default on these will be something like "Admin" and "Password" or in some cases, just "Admin" for both the user name and password. If neither of these are correct, consult the owner manual and/or back of your router.

Once your logged into the Router's Configuration Menu, navigate through untill you come to a trusted MAC Address list. And your laptop's wireless MAC Address to that list, and you should be fine.

Sadly, I can't guide you though more of the process, simply because I'm not sitting infront of the computer with the problem. So you'll sort of have to take what I'm saying and use it as a guideline to getting your Wireless working.
