does anyone know a way to get a console to show on my laptops screen
if does exist it or is there a way to make one it would be very usefull

It'll require a "Video In" channel on your graphics or TV Tuner Card.

You'll need something like this little goody here.



A Nice TV Tuner Card, like the one above, will fit easily into your laptop and allow you to hook pretty much any device into it (supposing of course you have any adapters needed to turn the RCA Out (the Red, White, and yellow plugs) into the Co-Axel Cable (RF) end).

So, in order to hook up something like an X-box or PS2, you'd need the RF adapter for that system, as well as the TV Tuner Card.

But these cards are wonderfully usefull because it allows you to watch TV, play games, and all sorts of things, right from the screen of your laptop.

sory ive got this flap in my laptop in not sure if it is video in is there any way to tell

By defauly, most laptops only come with "Video Out" ports, which is why the purchase of something like a TV tuner card is so helpful...
